"That sounds awful, I'm sorry," Elsa says. The weather back home wasn't exciting to her, no; if anything, she found the snow alarming, a reminder of what she, too, could do. These days, though, she misses it. It's still home, after all, no matter how thoroughly she settles in here. She's grown used to her life in Darrow, even enjoys it, but there's still a part of her that feels she should be home, taking care of her kingdom.
